This stage will conclude with interviewing key team members to get a pulse on your employees’ values and the current company culture. This will ensure that we hire and retain talent that align with your company’s mission.
step 3: Pipeline Implementations (2 months)
I will set up your new systems and processes to be highly automated and easy-to-master to ensure speed and accuracy as you focus on growing your business. A People management strategy will be identified and the system will be implemented with rigorous testing. Hiring, onboarding, and People development processes will be created and followed up with thorough training so you can start hiring quality talent and developing future leaders as soon as possible.
